techniques with a comprehensive array of CAD CAM equipment.
Our talented and innovative design team can develop customer
components and by analysing the geometry we ensure the subsequent
process planning together with computer aided manufacture
on our CNC machine tools, is a fully controlled and integrated
process.
For the complete
design to manufacture solution we combine Unigraphics 3D Solid
Modelling with Solid Edge and Pathtraces Edge CAM software.
We can accept native data from the majority of CAD vendors.

A stable workforce with an outstanding skill-base and an
extensive range of machining facilities, has provisioned
Steelcraft with
an
extensive and flexible capability which integrates traditional
artisan skills and modern production engineering, methods
with current CNC technology. Horizontal and Vertical options
are
available
for milling and turning in a size range from 10mm to 1.5
metres
in prismatic or diameter form.
Maximum exposure
to in house manufacture is ensured by the availability
of support capabilities such as Jig grinding, surface and
Cylindrical Grinding, Wire Eroding, die sinking and Mechanical
Assembly in clean room conditions. |
